Any item explicitly labelled a concept or demo is illustrative. Fictional business names, layouts and sample content are not evidence of a real client engagement, real review, business operation or measured performance.

Project scope and payment

Before paid work starts, the parties should confirm the deliverables, price, payment schedule, timeline, revision process, client responsibilities, handover arrangements and treatment of third-party costs in writing. Published prices are starting prices unless a written quote states otherwise.

VAT, hosting and third-party costs

Do not assume a price includes or excludes VAT until the written quote says so. Domain registration and renewal, hosting, email, paid software, stock assets, third-party integrations, advertising spend and other recurring fees should be itemised where applicable.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information supplied about your services, prices, licences, locations, qualifications, claims, photos and customer reviews. You must have the rights and permissions needed for assets and content you ask us to publish, and provide timely access and approvals.

SEO and results

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, enquiries, revenue or a specific launch date unless a written agreement expressly states a measurable commitment. Search engines, competition, market demand, customer reputation and response times are outside our complete control. Tracking and analytics depend on correct access, configuration and applicable consent.

Ownership and third-party services

Website ownership, source code, domains, accounts, licences and handover are governed by the written project agreement. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and availability. Keep administrator access and billing ownership clear before launch.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful, misleading or harmful material through its contact channels.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided for general information without a promise that it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. We may update website content or these terms, with the latest revision date shown above.

Governing law and disputes
